Meridien Printing Press, owned by Colour Prepress Technology Ltd, produces high-quality roll-form and sheet-fed labels in up to 7 spot colours on a wide range of materials. From professional prepress to the finished printed label, we care about appearance, feel, user-friendliness, short turnaround and quality.
We know the market may need a small quantity to launch in the consumer market, so we are able to provide even 1,000 labels in roll form within 5 working days.
We love to see your own design — and our affiliate studio “Meridien Studio Channel” will assist on design if needed.

From Roll to Bottle
How roll labels are made
Six steps, one continuous web. The label stock never leaves the press line from unwinding to the finished roll — so registration stays perfect and every label matches the next.

Unwinding
Label stock is mounted on the unwind shaft and threaded through the press under constant tension.

Colour Printing
Up to 7 colours — process and spot — are printed in a single pass on the rotating cylinder.

Hot Foil Stamping
Metallic or holographic foil is transferred onto the web in-line for a premium, tactile finish.

Die-Cutting
Labels are kiss-cut or custom die-cut to shape — round, square or any contour — while still on the liner.

Waste Stripping
The waste matrix around the labels is stripped away, leaving clean labels perfectly spaced on the liner.

Rewind & Recycle
Finished labels rewind into rolls ready for your applicator, while production waste is collected for recycling.
Clean production, end to end. Every step runs in a tidy, quality-controlled environment. After die-cutting, matrix and offcut waste is separated and sent for recycling — so nothing useful leaves the line as landfill.
